At Light the City | The Center, our Youth Functional Fitness Program is about much more than exercise. We are creating a place where kids and teens can grow in confidence, develop healthy habits, build meaningful friendships, and discover their God-given potential.

Our Approach

Through age-appropriate functional fitness training, our coaches help young athletes improve strength, coordination, endurance, balance, and overall health in a fun, encouraging, and safe environment. Whether your child is new to fitness or already active in sports, our program is designed to meet them where they are and help them succeed.
